Your privacy matters. Here is how Uain handles your data.
This privacy policy describes how Uain ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We believe privacy is a fundamental right and have built the App accordingly.
Uain does not collect any personal data. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information.
The App contains no analytics software, no crash reporting SDKs, and no telemetry of any kind. There are no third-party analytics frameworks embedded in the App. We have no way to know how you use the App.
All data created within the App -- including custom protocols, templates, and timer configurations -- is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data is uploaded to any server or cloud service.
With your permission, Uain may send local notifications to alert you of workout segment transitions (such as when a work interval ends or a rest period begins). These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not transmitted to any server. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the App's Settings or in your device's Settings app.
The App also supports Live Activities, which display timer progress on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Live Activities are opt-in and all data remains on-device.
Uain uses no third-party SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no external analytics services. The App is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks. No network requests are made by the App during normal usage.
No account is required to use Uain. There is no sign-up, no login, and no registration process. You can download the App and begin using it immediately.
If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will never add data collection retroactively without clear notice.
